Buff Bombshell aims to deliver all items in a safe and secure manner and all of our items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before being posted to you. However, should your item arrive and you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will deal with any issues as swiftly as we can.

We retain copyright & permissions on all products on our website http://www.buffbombshell.com, including photographs and images, page design, text, product names and descriptions of any of our products; these may not be reproduced in whole or in part by electronic or other means without our prior written consent.

Privacy

We will not sell or pass on customer information to any other parties. This information includes customer name, address, email address. By supplying your email we retain the right to contact you about your order and may contact you about promotional items in the future. If you do not wish to receive these emails from us, please contact us and we will remove your details from our mailing list.

Returns & Exchanges

All of our items are inspected before being posted to you. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, please visit our returns and exchanges page for more information or email hello@buffbombshell.com for more help.

Refunds

Buff Bombshell will refund you via the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

We will not refund items which are damaged, used or not in original packaging. We will refund you in cases where you need to return or exchange and item or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Please see the link below for the refunds process.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods via our website upon checkout:

We do not accept payment via cheques, bank transfer, or Amex. We are not responsible for any bank charges incurred to you for the processing of your order made with us. Please note, if a payment is declined or not authorised by your bank, we will be unable to continue with your order until this is resolved by you and your bank. Also, please note, goods cannot be dispatched until full payment is received.

Price

When you place an order with Buff Bombshell you acknowledge your agreement to the following conditions:

• All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds [£] and this is applicable to all EU States and delivery is made at an additional cost to other EU countries.
• Postage and packaging is determined by the final size and the destination of your order to Ireland, other EU countries and the rest of the world.
• We reserve the right to make price changes without any prior notice – however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery.
