  • All Jewellery : We are unable to guarantee on good faith that items delivered have not been opened and worn by you. We will not re-sell used jewellery due to hygiene reasons and hope you can understand this. We will only be able to refund the cost of the gems if they have arrived broken to you in the post. Please see process below on what to do if an item arrives broken to you in the post as you will need to take a photo of broken or faulty jewellery.
  • Customised robes as your name has been specially printed and we cannot guarantee sale of a customised robe.
  • Opened supplements where protective seal is broken.

  • Broken strap posing heels : Every effort is made sure to check your posing heels before being sent to you.

Unfortunately, we do not provide item exchanges. You will need to follow the formal returns process.

Buff Bombshell carefully inspects all posing heels before they are sent out to you with all heels being inspected for missing stones, scuff marks, damages and broken straps.

We will not accept any responsibility for items not handled with care upon arrival to you and a refund cannot be issued for items which appear to be used, damaged and not in original packaging. We advise all customers to wear white socks and walk on a carpeted floor for the first time when trying on new posing heels.

We advise against the purchase of posing heels with straps as posing heels with straps are more likely break due to wear & tear or due to wearing heels on a more tight or restrictive hole. All posing heels are checked before they are sent to you. We are only able to resolve queries regarding broken straps for issue of refund or replacement if your order was placed less than three months ago (90 days). This is due to our supplier’s policy.

Buff Bombshell aims to deliver all items in a safe and secure manner and all of our items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before being posted to you.

However, should your item arrive and you find an item has broken, come apart or the item is faulty then please TAKE A PICTURE of the item and send the picture to us via email at hello@buffbombshell.com as soon as you receive your items.

We will then proceed to inspect the photo and if we find the item has a default or requires repair, which we are unable to deliver, then we will issue you with a refund for that item. Please contact us at hello@buffbombshell.com and we will deal with any issues as swiftly as we can.

Step One: Please email us at hello@buffbombshell.com to let us know that you are starting an exchange or returns process.

Step Two: All items returned to Buff Bombshell must include a return form. Please print and fill in the required information. Items sent back to Buff Bombshell HQ without this form will not be processed.

Step Three: Please note, as a small business we are unable to provide you with free post, packaging and return labels and you will need to send your items back to Buff Bombshell HQ as 2nd Signed For via Royal Mail for any type of parcel at your own cost. Please keep your receipt label so that if your parcel gets lost along the way our HQ, you can use the receipt to claim compensation from Royal Mail. If your original order qualified for free UK delivery then £4.50 will be deducted from the original order amount or part refund amount.

Please contact us for European and International P&P charges to you as this cost will be determined by the final weight and size of the parcel.

Step Four: Once your item has been received and checked by us within the 14 day checking day process and the items are found to be unused and free from damage, we will issue you with a refund. You will receive payment using the original payment method used to purchase items online. Please allow up 3-7 days for this refund to be issued.

 

Disclaimer : Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The refund will be issued as soon as the item(s) have passed inspection, which can take up to 14 days to process. Heels must not have been worn – no exceptions. Any items returned with signs of damage, will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be issued.

UK Customer Example

You place order online on the 1st June 2022 for £100.00.

The order is sent to you via Royal Mail as 2nd Signed For & Tracked on June 2nd 2022. Buff Bombshell absorbs this free P&P cost. Your 14 day return policy for UK customers STARTS from this date.

You receive your parcel on the 4th June 2022.

It is now 6th June 2022. You have had a few days and you want to return an item from your order for £60.00. Contact us, print a returns label, fill it in and send us the parcel. We recommend sending the parcel as TRACKED & SIGNED FOR. This way if your parcel gets lost when it is sent to us, you will be able to use the receipt to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

You send the parcel to us on 7th June 2022 at your own cost.

We receive the parcel on the 9th June 2022.

Items are inspected, item passes and refund is issued on the next day on the 10th June 2022 and the post fee of £4.50 is deducted from the original order or part refunded order amount. This refunded amount to you (in this example) is £55.50. Your refunded amount is issued to the original payment method you used online being a debit/credit card or PayPal.

As a small business, this is the best that can be done at this point and time in our business history. A lot of retailers operating in this industry are working on this basis due to all costs increasing. We urge you to check the refund and return policy prior to purchase.

If you are unable to send your parcel back to Buff Bombshell HQ within these time frames:

Then please get a friend or family member to post your item on your behalf. Maybe work has a post service you can use? We suggest asking for help from a friend or family member first. If items are posted after these allotted time frames then we will be unable to help as much.

Event tickets are non-refundable. If a Buff Bombshell event is cancelled for any reason, then this ticket amount will be refunded to you. We do not provide refunds for travel arrangements you have made to travel to the event.
