How Long Do I Have To Return or Exchange My Item?

UK customers must send returns within 14 days of parcel being signed for.

European customers must send returns within 21 days of parcel being signed for.

International customers must send returns within 21 days of parcel being signed for.

You may choose to cancel the order at any point before the item is posted. If there are any problems upon receiving an order please contact us so that the issue may be resolved.

Exchanging Items: Must Be Unused & Free of Damage 

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process below. A refund will be issued to you and a new order must be placed by you.

Please check the list to the right to see the items we are unable to exchange and the reasons for this.

Returning Items: Must Be Unused & Free of Damage 

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The refund will be issued as soon as the item(s) have passed inspection, which can take up to 14 days to process.

Any items returned with signs of damage, will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be issued.

Note: These items are not applicable for returns or exchanges:

  • All Jewellery : We are unable to guarantee on good faith that items delivered have not been opened and worn by you. We will not re-sell used jewellery due to hygiene reasons and hope you can understand this. We will only be able to exchange or refund the cost of the gems if they have arrived broken to you in the post. Please see process below on what to do if an item arrives broken to you in the post.
  • Customised robes as your name has been specially printed and we cannot guarantee sale of a customised robe.
  • Opened supplements where protective seal is broken.
  • Opened Pro-Tan & Steel Fit products where protective seal is broken.
  • Broken strap posing heels : Every effort is made sure to check your posing heels before being sent to you. Packaging will be different to the one we receive to show you that we have checked items before posting.

Process for Returns & Exchanges

Step One: Contact Us

Step Two: Download Your Returns Form

All items returned to Buff Bombshell must include a returns form. Please download, print and fill in the required information on the PDF.

Items sent back to Buff Bombshell HQ without this form will not be processed.

Step Three: Post Your Item

Please note, as a small business we are unable to provide you with free post and return labels. We do not offer free returns and free exchanges. Therefore, if your order is being returned, exchanged or refunded we will deduct a shipping cost of from the order amount.

  • UK P&P charged to you based on Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For 1st Class
  • Small items : £4.20
  • Large items : £4.85

Please contact us for European and International P&P charges to you as this cost will be determined by the final weight and size of the parcel.

Step Four: Receiving Your Item | Checking | Refund Process

Once your item has been received and checked by us within the 14 day checking day process AND the items are found to unused and free from damage, we will issue you with a refund. You will receive payment using the original payment method used to purchase items online. Please allow up 7-10 days for this to be issued.

Information With Regards to Posing Heels

Buff Bombshell carefully inspects all posing heels before they are sent out to you with all heels being inspected for missing stones, scuff marks, damages and broken straps.

We will not accept any responsibility for items not handled with care upon arrival to you and a refund cannot be issued for items which appear to be used, damaged and not in original packaging.

We advise against the purchase of posing heels with straps as posing heels with straps are more likely break due to wear & tear or due to wearing heels on a more tight or restrictive hole. All posing heels are checked before they are sent to you. We are only able to resolve queries regarding broken straps for issue of refund or replacement if your order was placed less than three months ago (90 days). This is due to our supplier policy.

In all cases mentioned above, please follow the the returns, exchanges and refunds process outlined on this page. Please ensure to download, print and fill-in the Returns Form and also take note of the P&P cost borne to you as part of our returns, exchange and refunds process.

Process for Faulty Items Upon Arrival

Buff Bombshell aims to deliver all items in a safe and secure manner and all of our items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before being posted to you.

However, should your item arrive and you find an item has broken, come apart or the item is faulty then please TAKE A PICTURE of the item and send the picture to us via email at buffbombshell100@gmail.com as soon as you receive your items.

We will then proceed to inspect the photo and if we find the item has a default or requires repair, which we are unable to deliver, then we will issue you with a refund for that item. Please contact us at buffbombshell100@gmail.com and we will deal with any issues as swiftly as we can.
