• 1 ripe avocado
  • 100ml unsweetened coconut milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 2-3 Ice cubes
  • 20g Dissected Coconut (optional)
  • 1 Scoop protein powder (optional)


  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the milk, ice, protein powder (optional) and pineapple to the blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass dish and enjoy!
