Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 100ml unsweetened coconut milk (or preferred milk)
- 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
- 2-3 Ice cubes
- 20g Dissected Coconut (optional)
- 1 Scoop protein powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the milk, ice, protein powder (optional) and pineapple to the blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass dish and enjoy!
