TUMERIC LATTE

Benefits of Turmeric:

A super antioxidant which is an anti‐inflammatory, anti‐aging, anti-cancer, anti-depressant, anti‐arthritic, and aids in memory and brain function.

Best to have post workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2-3 drops sweetener
  • 200ml plant based milk

 

Instructions: 

  1. Mince the turmeric and ginger together using a garlic mincer
  2. Add turmeric, ginger, sweetener, plant based milk and cinnamon to the blender and blend (I use the Nutri Bullet)
  3. Turn on the stove to a light setting
  4. Transfer contents from blender into a pot on the stove
  5. Heat contents and ensure no bubbles appear stirring for 1 minute
  6. Use frother if you have one to froth the milk
  7. Transfer contents into your prep mug and enjoy
  8. Add sweetener and cinnamon to taste
