Benefits of Turmeric:
A super antioxidant which is an anti‐inflammatory, anti‐aging, anti-cancer, anti-depressant, anti‐arthritic, and aids in memory and brain function.
Best to have post workout.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2-3 drops sweetener
- 200ml plant based milk
Instructions:
- Mince the turmeric and ginger together using a garlic mincer
- Add turmeric, ginger, sweetener, plant based milk and cinnamon to the blender and blend (I use the Nutri Bullet)
- Turn on the stove to a light setting
- Transfer contents from blender into a pot on the stove
- Heat contents and ensure no bubbles appear stirring for 1 minute
- Use frother if you have one to froth the milk
- Transfer contents into your prep mug and enjoy
- Add sweetener and cinnamon to taste
