Abs of Steel is a topical thermogenic cream which acts as a skin toner and fat burner.

Recommended Use:
Apply Abs of Steel twice daily on targeted areas and firmly massage into skin until fully absorbed. For best results, apply 15 minutes prior to workout, after showering and/or before bed. You will feel slight tingling to the skin after applying. Allow the cream to completely dry before direct contact with clothes and linens. Wash hands with soap and water after each use.

Warnings:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If you have a previous skin condition consult your physician before use. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. This product may cause a reddening and tingling sensation to the skin. These effect will gradually fade after use. Keep out of reach of children.

    Amazing stuff! Really enjoy using this when I do my fasted cardio. It does tingle a little but you will get used to that. I use this product with a sweatbelt for extra toning.
