Bombshell Prep Team

Become a member of our prep community and have your own dedicated prep coach with access to all four specialist coaches’ knowledge. As part of the prep team, you will receive guidance on stage hair, makeup, tan and posing. If you have a show we can attend, we will be there in person on the day. We are one team, and we cannot wait to share all our prep secrets with you!

Fill in our form below and one of our coaches will be in contact with you within 48 hours. Your coach will setup a free coaching call with you to discuss your goals, whether it be prep, offseason or lifestyle and together you will determine if you want to go forward with coaching.

Online coaching is set at a minimum of three months, and you can opt to pay in monthly instalments or pay a discount package for three months. Our coaches have different rates depending on experience.

When you have signed up to online coaching you and made your first payment you will receive your training and diet plans. Please allow up to seven days for these items to be sent to you via e-mail.

Your coach will be there to help guide you every step of the way to stage!

You are required to complete a weekly check-in form and send your coach photos of your body. This is essential as a coach will be unable to help you to the best of their ability without these photos and information.
